Alicia I have thought a lot about what we discussed in our meeting and reflected on some tweaks that could be made in terms of different approaches to a situation. I was even able to have a chance to put into practice some rewording as you suggested and I felt the difference. It felt very much more in the moment also. I can see why you do what you do.
